6. Reading what people write on desks can teach you a lot.
7. Don’t sneeze when someone is cutting your hair.
8. Puppies still have bad breath even after eating a tic tac.
9. Never hold a dustbuster and a cat at the same time.
10. School lunches stick to the wall.
11. You can’t hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk.
12. Don’t wear polka-dot underwear under white shorts.
13. The best place to be when you are sad is in Grandma’s lap.
I can’t begin to improve upon this, so I’m just going to post it.

I did a little cat-sitting during our family’s recent vacation. While the junior members of the family were gone I was doing cat portraits!
What is more the essence of a cat than it’s whiskers? And how do you epitomize the nature of the stealthy feline?
I decided that this was the approach I wanted.

It’s fun when you come across a critter that really makes your heart stop. We weren’t all that far apart and we were both intent on your wandering. When I saw him I wasn’t really sure who had seen the other first, but we stood there just wondering about each other for what seemed a long while.
