It’s been a nice Sunday. Slow to get out of bed, even if we did wake early. Feeling kind of groggy so we didn’t get too excited about what we might accomplish today.
My email did bring an update from the last showing, and the party is interested. His girlfriend is out of town (I knew that) and they will be planning a return visit with her in tow.
In the meantime we have another showing scheduled for Tuesday. Fingers still crossed.
We went looking for hiking shoes for Peggy. Without success. She wanted to use a credit we have with Kohl’s — but Kohl’s doesn’t carry women’s hiking shoes. Oh well.
We thought about a return trip to The Comet — but alas, 11:30 on a Sunday A.M. is the wrong time to visit. The waiting line for a table was way out the door and even though it was a beautiful day I don’t wait that long for any table.
So, it was time to head home, and finish the navy bean soup we started yesterday — which I did — and am not relaxing after a really tasty Linner (Lunch combined with dinner), or Sunch (Supper combined with lunch).
